General information
Organizing Committee holds all aspects of the Marathon.
Official touroperato r of Marathon is «TopSportTravel».
Ski style – classical.
Race 53 km starts at 11h00
Race 25 km starts at 11h20
Race 3 km starts at 11h40
Start point: Sport center "SCA" in Toksovo village.
REGISTRATION
The reception of the applications will be up to 21 february and it is carried out by working group of organizing committee.
Until 10 hour of 21 February 2010 the applications will be accepted in the Sport center "SCA", Toksovo at start zone.
Entry to Toksovo Marathon is open to all male and female skiers, rules are the same for both men and women:

53 km Race:
The first 3 females and the first 3 males in each age group will be awarded with medals, diplomas and different prizes.
The first 10 males and the first 10 females will be awarded with medals, diplomas, cups and different prizes.
The skier, who shows the last result, will be presented with the special diploma “For the will to win” and a special prize.
25 km Race
The first 3 males and the first 3 females. No age classification.
STARTING PAYMENT
40 EUR -main and short race .
Organizing Committee
Organizers and inspirers of the marathon are masters of sports of international class, frequent prize-winners of USSR championships Andrey Sergeev and Gennady Sergeev. Much assistance in marathon preparation and realization was rendered from honoured master of sports, twice Olympic champion in winter biathlon Anatoly Alyabiev. Autonomous noncommercial organization «Toksovsky marathon» assembled a collective of colleagues -- serious- minded sponsors and sympathisers. They are ready to make a deserved present to their native city St.Petersburg and its region -- ski marathon competition that is close to marathons of WORLDLOPPET serie in orgsnization and spirit.
The organization committee has experience of route preparation in difficult weather conditions. In 2001 season on the eve and even during the night before the start it was a heavy snowfall and this greately decreased all the efforts of the track compression. But still a wide"skiing road» with two parralel ski-tracks was made. A heavy retractor and snowmobile «Buran» steadily worked at the route.
